Edgar explained the repair and listened patiently as i voiced my concerns. He showed interest and he assured me all will be taken care of. He said my car play was not damaged as a result of the accident and i should have it checked for update. I told him i drove to NJ night before using Carplay navi and it stop working next day after the accident when i attempted to use it to drive to New York.... I told him that was strange.... So my Carplay Navi is still nit working.

Was in for a recall and had been told it would take "half a day" to finish. To my surprise, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Excellent work by the team getting me on my way quicker than anticipated. Disregard the employee component as I worked with the service department but it seems to require me to rate the sales and management people.
