Everything was done well - I just have one minor things to mention. When I made the appointment I described the problem and indicated that I would wait. When I arrived I was told that the servicing would take 4 or 5 hours. The time itself did isn’t bother me - in just wish I had known before hand so I could have planned accordingly. Also - it’s this (CarPlay doesn’t work with newer iPhone pmcords) seems to be a problem with all the 23 Kia’s- it would be a good idea if this was disclosed to all purchasers ...

I recently had a great experience leasing a vehicle at Herson’s Kia. We were able to check out the car, negotiate the deal, sign the paper work and drive away with the car with in 3 hours. Matthew Hunter from sales department was very helpful all along with the process. He was easy to talk and very knowledgeable about the car and the paperwork. Ethel Powell from finance department was super helpful in wrapping up the paper work and explaining the finances. Highly recommend this dealership for your purchase or a lease.

As far as the actual service...it was great. They did an excellent job. When I dropped my car off, I asked them to change the contact info they had on file - they had my husband's info and I asked them to change it to my contact information. My concerns regarding oil consumption issue were addressed- at least for now - but owning a car with the Theta-2 engine with all its problems is very stressful. Oil consumption- engine knocking issues - this is extraordinarily frustrating and Kia Corporation has a responsibility to change these engines. Stu Dvorkin 301 530-7923

Joshua and the Team were good to work with. I have a tendency to ask more than what I would consider an average number of questions and all were answered to my satisfaction.
